Buyer Agency Services |
Buyers Get up to 1/2 our commission when you buy almost any property through us How It Works: After the first appointment with us to view properties, or no more than 5 property viewings, when you are certain you want our representation, you sign a buyer agency agreement with us and pay a 1 time modest sign up fee. Once you have signed up and paid the sign up fee you are entitled to a rebate of 1/2 of our buyers agent commission. The amount of the rebate goes down by a fixed modest amount for every property we show you thereafter until you buy. How You Get The Rebate: At the time of the sale. In order for a rebate of a commission to be legal all the parties involved must know about the rebate and agree to it. We require that the rebate be disclosed in the purchase contract to all parties. Sellers will almost always agree to it because it does not effect their bottom line. Realtors should always agree to it because it does not effect their bottom line. Lenders do sometimes refuse a rebate. When that happens, the rebate can be given in the form of new furniture, appliances, renovation, or a reduction of the price of the property. Additional Terms & Conditions: If a rebate is not agreed to by all parties the sign up fee will be refunded when you buy. If you buy you will receive a credit for the sign up fee whether or not you receive a rebate. There is a minimum commission of $1,000 to CENTURY 21 Realty Plus before any rebate is paid. Contact us for more info and any questions you may have. How Much You Could Save: It is our opinion that the average property sold in our area is about $130,000. The buyers agent commission is typically 3%. One half of 3% is $1,950. On a $200,000 property half of 3% is $3,000. On a $300,000 property half of 3% is $4,500. The higher the price and fewer the showings the greater the rebate. Why buy thru anyone else when you could buy through us and save money!
