We think it is a perfect service for the for sale by owner, experienced seller, investor, developer, builder, and just about anybody.

How It Works:

List your property for $100 per month

Pay 3% commission if it's sold by a Realtor

Pay no commission if it's sold by Owner 

Cancel at any time with 15 days notice

Convert to a traditional listing at any time

Get credit for the monthly fees paid if converted
